Welcome to the official site of the North Country Triathlon!    We are happy to annouce that we have added a Sprint distance race to the 2008 North Country Triathlon in addition to the Olympic distance race!  Both races will be held on Saturday June, 28th.  Registration is now open! Whether you are a triathlete, wish to volunteer or just want to hang out at the Hague Beach and help cheer our athletes on, please come join us for a great event!  You should find all the information you need to know about the race on this site.  If you have questions that were not answered in the Event Info, or our FAQs section, please don't hesitate to contact us. GETTING INVOLVED As we did last year, we will be raising funds to support organizations that promote social change and enhance the lives of others.  In addition to The Hoe Lodge located in Burlington, VT, which provides a home-away-from home for cancer patients in the Champlain Valley and Adirondack regions, we are excited to introduce Room To Read.  Room to Read's mission is to provide under-privileged children with an opportunity to gain the lifelong gift of education.  Our goal this year is to raise $5,000 for The Hope Lodge and it's operating costs, and $2,500 for Room To Read which will provide long-term scholarships for young girls for the next 10 years.  Please help us meet these goals by donating during the registration process.  Both organzations reflect our commitment to changing lives locally and globally.  Please help us raise awareness and funds to help these organizations continue to impact the lives of others.  For more information and to donate, please click here, or visit our charity page.
